About us

Nursery Sjaak van Schie BV is a modern internationaly orientated company specialised in the cultivation of the hydrangea. Most production processes at our main nursery that consists of 5,5 hectare of glass and 24 hectare of containerfields, are mechanisched and automated. We supply our main product, the Hydrangea in diverse growth stadia from cutting- to endproduct. Besides the hydrangea our assortment consists of the helleborus, dianthus and varied garden plants, among which the lavendula and campanula. Besides the two nurseries in the Netherlands Sjaak van Schie BV has a nursery in Oeganda and one in Portugal. In this way we can garantuee that our cuttingmaterial will be deliverable throughout the year and that thousands of plants can leave our company on a weekly basis to cheer up a living room or garden somewhere in the world.
